巴罗萨山谷的圣雨果酒庄历史悠久，新品酒室、餐厅和酒窖的设置一定会让您难以忘怀。该建筑由 JBG Architects 设计，室内设计由 Adelaide design practice studio-gram 设计，将 1854 年经过修复的铁石酒厂与现代建筑相结合，体现了 St Hugo 品牌的传统和工艺。

St Hugo in the Barossa Valley is a winery steeped in history and the setting for a new tasting room, restaurant and wine cellar that is sure to be unforgettable. With architecture by JBG Architects and interiors by Adelaide design practice studio-gram, the building blends a restored ironstone winery from 1854 with a contemporary architectural addition to reflect the legacy and craftsmanship of the St Hugo brand.    

St Hugo 成立于 1983 年，以 Johan Gramp 的孙子 Hugo Gramp 的名字命名，他于 1847 年在巴罗萨谷种植了他的第一棵葡萄树。“JBG Architects 的 Jamie Galdigau 说他希望 St Hugo 给人一种家的感觉。因此，我们着手打造一个无论从形象上还是从字面上看都配得上该品牌同名 Hugo Gramp 的家，”Studio-Gram 总监 Dave Bickmore 说。

St Hugo was founded in 1983 and named for Hugo Gramp, the grandson of Johan Gramp who planted his first vine in the Barossa Valley in 1847. “Jamie Galdigau from JBG Architects said he wanted St Hugo to feel like someone’s home. So we set out to create a home, both figuratively and literally, worthy of the brand’s namesake, Hugo Gramp,” says Dave Bickmore, Director of Studio-Gram.

Considering what Hugo Gramp‘s home might be like, gram studio designed St. Hugo as a place to encourage tourists to enjoy different products all day. Bickmore said: "the venue aims to enrich and enhance various wine experiences, including wine tasting, wine catering, wine education and food, and also provide space for these activities."

设计师们对各个空间、家具、细木工和细节采用了“住宅式”的设计方法，色调和材料都是温暖、诱人和有触觉的。

The designers have adopted a "residential" design method for various spaces, furniture, joinery and details. The colors and materials are warm, attractive and tactile.

品尝葡萄酒的客人可以品尝组合系列美酒，或是在酒廊里围火炉而坐，亦或是在平台上远眺葡萄园，又或是在低层区预定私人品酒之旅。

Wine tasting guests can taste the combined series of wines, or sit around the stove in the lounge, or overlook the vineyard on the platform, or book a private wine tasting tour in the lower level area.

地下室酒窖里有一张巨大的泪滴状实木桌子，这是格拉姆工作室设计的最大的桌子，还有周边堆放着圣雨果私人收藏的精致酒柜。

Downstairs, the cellar accommodates a large teardrop-shaped solid timber table – the largest studio-gram has designed – and joinery stacked with St Hugo’s private collection.
